GFT will launch its new health plans at this year’s Labor Day Picnic and give away thousands of Coca Cola floats to celebrate its launch. GFT’s new NetCare plans offers more choice, more benefits and more preventive care options than ever before.(PRWEB) September 1, 2005 -- If you are a GFT member you can start signing up on September 1, 2005 for our new quality transportable and affordable health plans. This year all of our full dues paying actively employed GFT members will be eligible to join the plan in both Guam and the CNMI. This means if you are eligible to join GFT as a full dues paying member, you can join and instantly become eligible for our Health Plans. GFT chose NetCare this year for a number of reasons not the least of which is the companies reputation for taking care of its members. NetCare Health Insurance is administered by Moylan’s Insurance Underwriters, Inc., a locally owned and managed multi-line insurance firm with more than 30 years of experience in providing quality products and services to the people of Guam and Micronesia. Another reason GFT chose NetCare is it’s affiliation with CCN, one of the nation’s largest PPO networks, offering access to quality, affordable health care to approximately 3.5 million people nationwide. GFT’s new health plans are designed to provide our members’ options not offered currently to GovGuam and CNMI government employees. Our members will continue to have COBRA coverage not currently provided through GovGuam plans. GFT plans will still offer easy co-payments vs. high deductibles. In addition, GFT’s plans will now offer the following significant improvements: * Affordable Single parent plus children rate * New improved Airfare benefit * Three types of plans * Emphasis on preventive care with incentives for members to participate in wellness programs and exercise programs. * Domestic Partner coverage Depending on the plan a member chooses some other new options will include hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment, VIP service in the Philippines, hip and joint replacement, transplant coverage and much more.
